Hi Everybody,

Please keep track of any last minute changes by checking this website and Arizona Ballet Theatre on Facebook. This is a good habit we at ABT hope everyone will develop. Communication is key.

Today, ABT will adhere to our Regular Tuesday Schedule. Fun, form, and fitness through dance.

Upcoming this week. Jeni will teach an Introductory Hour of her Pilates Mat Class, this coming Saturday, Sept 11th, from eleven to noon. Note: Norman's Modern class this coming Saturday is cancelled for Sept.11th only.

I am thinking ahead to our Nutcracker Party; SAVE THE DATE! which is - Sunday, December 19th, 2010 ~ from 1 to 3 PM at The Stevie Eller Dance Theatre on the University of Arizona Campus. This is an informal ABT event ` ~ an introduction to the Stage for out Littlest Dancers, presentations from The Nutcracker and previews of our June 2011 show ~ with fun costumes and potluck desserts on the plaza. A Party to celebrate our dance progress in 2010!!!!!

Back to the present. I will see everyone this afternoon ready to dance your hearts out:)

Important Announcements:

• I will teach my Monday Morning 9 AM Ballet Technique Class today - Labor Day 2010 - followed by Mini-Pointe.

• Miss Rebecca will be teaching this afternoon from 4:30 to 6pm - today only on the Marley Floor.

• For Labor Day Only - Today - Miss Megan's Monday afternoon classes are cancelled - For Labor Day Only.

  (This was agreed upon last week between Megan and the dancers' parents. Remember, you can always take a make-up class if you have a scheduling conflict.) It is a very good thing:)

• Please check in this afternoon regarding Tori's Tap Class. If you are a regular in the class and are NOT planning on attending, let me know; I will check in with Tori this morning, and post the verdict as soon as I have it:) Sorry for any inconvenience...

• Next Saturday, September 11th, 2010, ABT is PREVIEWING a One Hour Pilates Mat Class with Jeni from 11AM to High Noon. Everyone is invited to attend this Introductory Class, free of charge.

• This week and next, any New Student may also take Jan's Jump Start Saturday Ballet Class as a welcome guest of ABT, free of charge. This invitation is for new ABT students only:) :) :)

• Next Saturday Only, September 11th, Norman's Modern Class is cancelled; he already informed the class last week. Norman will resume his normal Saturday teaching schedule September, 18th.

We are still working on assigning photos for Monday's Class Schedule

Note: The photo selections are no longer current for some classes. If you would like to select more recent ones of your favorite classes and dancers, just send an email to Miss Cecily with the page number or Blog date, or name of the photo gallery the new one is in and which class you think it should go with.

Better yet, attach YOUR favorite photo or photos that you or a friend took at a performance or in class;) It's quick, easy and you will get full credit!!! Thanks

You can send photos for classes on any day of the week.

Our morning classes are really lots of fun, with challenging and delightful choreography by moi. Arizona Ballet Theater Dancers really move beautifully. We carefully cultivate their line.
